Welcome to my therapy practice! I would like to share a bit about myself and the work I do.

I’ve been a practicing mental health counselor since 2017, specializing in a combination of therapeutic approaches that include EMDR, Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These modalities have proven to be powerful tools in helping individuals navigate their unique paths towards healing and growth.

What inspires me most in my work is witnessing the transformation and growth that can occur when we work together. It is an honor to be a part of my clients' journeys as they heal from trauma, create new neural pathways, and embrace a more fulfilling life.

My approach is centered around empowerment. I believe that each person has the innate wisdom and resources within them to heal. My role is to guide and support individuals as they explore their needs, uncover their strengths, and develop effective strategies for personal and professional growth. We embark on a collaborative journey towards self-discovery, healing, and lasting change.

I hold a Master's in Mental Health Counseling from Bowling Green State University in Ohio (2017). Additionally, I have a Master's degree in Teaching from Southern Oregon University (2003). These academic achievements, combined with my years of experience living, studying and working outside of the US, have equipped me with knowledge and skills necessary to provide effective and compassionate care to my clients.

My goal is to create a safe and nurturing space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. I am here to listen, validate your experiences, and provide guidance as we navigate the complexities of your life. Together, we will explore your unique challenges, uncover patterns, and identify areas for growth and transformation.
